  • Ghee Lamp (Diya) & Incense
  • Red Flowers
  • Sweets (Ladoo/Boondi)
  • Tulsi Leaves
  • Water in a Kalash
  • Asana (Mat)

Step-by-Step Procedure

Purification & Setup

After taking a bath, clean the pooja area. Place the idol on a red cloth and light the lamp and incense.

Invocation

First, meditate on Lord Ganesha, then Lord Rama and Sita. Then, invoke Lord Hanuman with devotion.

Offerings

Offer flowers, Tulsi leaves, sweets, and water to Lord Hanuman.

Recitation

Recite the Hanuman Chalisa with a clear voice and focused mind. It is traditionally recited 1, 3, 7, 11, or 108 times.

Aarti & Conclusion

After completing the recitation, sing the Hanuman Aarti and seek his blessings.

Concluding Doha

"Pavan Tanay Sankat Haran, Mangal Murati Roop
Ram Lakhan Sita Sahit, Hriday Basahu Sur Bhoop"

Meaning: O Son of the Wind, remover of sorrows, embodiment of blessings, with Ram, Lakhan, and Sita, please reside in my heart, O King of Gods.
